Operations & Client Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Operations & Client Implementation Lead to join a team. Responsibilities
Client Implementations
- Lead all client onboarding and implementation activities from kickoff to go-live.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations independently.
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Build trusted relationships with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Operations leaders.
- Provide consultative guidance and proactive problem-solving.
- Maintain a high-touch, client-centric experience throughout the onboarding process.
Data, Integrations & Operations
- Oversee eligibility data collection, validation, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate carrier connections, enrollment feeds, and third-party integrations.
- Work with APIs, file transfers, spreadsheets, and benefits administration systems.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation and reporting.
Process Development & Scale
- Design and document implementation workflows and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Build repeatable processes to enable future growth.
- Contribute to the development of the company's implementation strategy and infrastructure.
Qualifications/Requirements
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in implementation, consulting, operations, client success, benefits administration, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Confidence in leading client meetings and presentations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with complex datasets, spreadsheets, and operational workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client implementations.
Preferred Experience
- Background in employee benefits as an Account Manager or Benefits Consultant.
- Experience with HR technology or benefits administration platforms.
- Familiarity with managing eligibility files, enrollment data, and integrations.
- Exposure to APIs, data feeds, and implementation project management.
