Manager Account Management

We are looking for a Manager - Account Management with strong experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Meta, Media Planning, and Client Servicing/Account Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to performance tracking, reporting, and client communication.
Performance Marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a key point of contact for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and performance discussions.
• Develop a strong understanding of client businesses, marketing objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign requirements.
• Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Support the development of media plans based on campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Work closely with media, performance marketing, creative, analytics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Understand campaign briefs and translate client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Monitor campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Maintain a good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, reach, engagement, ROI/ROAS, and other relevant KPIs.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns and client requirements simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders and proactively address campaign-related queries or challenges.
• Support client presentations, business reviews, campaign proposals, and new business pitches.
• Maintain proper documentation of campaign plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance reports.
• Stay updated on developments across Meta, digital media, social media advertising, media planning, performance marketing, and emerging digital trends.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, Media Planning, Account Management, Client Servicing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on understanding of digital marketing and social media campaigns, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Experience in media planning, including understanding target audiences, campaign objectives, budgets, media mix, and campaign timelines.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to understand client requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Good understanding of digital campaign metrics and the ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Media, Creative, Analytics, Performance Marketing, and other specialist teams.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with campaign data, reports, and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Media Planning, has meaningful experience working on Meta campaigns, understands client requirements, and can effectively coordinate with internal teams. Performance Marketing experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
