Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing and deployment of complex software systems, applications and APIs, ensuring high-quality, scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Take ownership of the organisation's core systems platform, driving continuous improvement, performance optimisation, security enhancements and ongoing system reliability.
• Design and implement integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms, enabling seamless data flow and supporting business-critical processes.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions and deliver outcomes that align with organisational objectives.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, mentoring and the promotion of development best practices across the team.
• Contribute to the organisation's long-term technology strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, modernisation and continuous improvement across systems and platforms.

About you

• Strong experience in software development, including C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern web technologies (HTML/CSS and frameworks).
• Experience working with databases and cloud technologies, including SQL Server, MariaDB/MySQL or PostgreSQL, and Azure services such as Logic Apps, Power Automate, or Azure Functions.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD systems, and building scalable, integrated software solutions.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders, building strong working relationships across technical and business groups.
• A proactive, analytical, and solution-focused mindset with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
