Position: Order Picker

Job Summary:
As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders according to company standards. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and meet the company's quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick and pack items according to order specifications and company standards
- Ensure all orders are properly labeled and packaged for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to the warehouse manager
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills and ability to use inventory management systems
- Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
