We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Assistant (Temporary) to support our Supply Chain and Operations teams in monitoring critical parts, preparing daily/weekly reports, and coordinating with Operation Buyers and Operations teams to ensure timely resolution of material-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
- Monitor outstanding and critical parts status.
- Follow up with Operation Buyers on overdue and critical materials.
- Coordinate with Operations/Production teams on material availability.
- Track and update outstanding issues and follow-up actions.
- Highlight potential material shortages and delivery delays.
- Support other Supply Chain and Operations activities as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.
