Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible in ensuring orders are updated in system and periodic aging Open Orders clean-up.
- Responsible in day-to-day transactions and order fulfilment including coordination with 3PL and Freight Forwarders.
- Processes consignment replenishments/billing and ensure inventory level is monitored and fulfilled.
- Timely update and coordination of order status and deliveries to internal and external customers.
- Respond to inquiries and processes requests from Commercial Team, 3PL, Customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensures operational activities are following regulatory, quality, and financial policies.
- Ensures that appropriate approvals are secured prior actual execution of SAP transactions (as necessary).
- Drive local initiatives that lead to process excellence within the country.
- May assist to oversee Import/Export activities and ensure stocks are delivered timely in BSC warehouse.
- Use data to find inefficiencies and improve processes.
- Optimize logistics and warehouse operations through on time execution of system transactions.
- Other duties and project related activities may be assigned from time to time.

- Able to organize and prioritize work.
- Using SAP system is preferred.
- Experience in MS office applications (i.e. excel) and comfortable with numbers.
