Summary of Role:
GF Malta is looking for a high-potential new college graduate to join the Human Resources team supporting the Fab 9 Manufacturing organization. In this role, you will work directly with HR Business Partners and manufacturing leaders in one of GF’s most important semiconductor manufacturing sites, helping turn business priorities into clear people plans, talent actions, workforce insights, and practical solutions. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business, use data to solve real problems, communicate clearly, move with urgency, and make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities include:
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Fab 8 Manufacturing leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into practical workforce plans, talent actions, organization support, and change-management activities.
- Support key talent and performance routines, including goal setting, calibration, development planning, succession support, retention reviews, manager follow-up, and clear documentation of actions and decisions.
- Work across Employee Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations to gather context, connect the right resources, support consistent execution, and help leaders navigate people matters with sound judgment.
- Analyze workforce data from Workday and related systems to identify trends in attrition, engagement, staffing, compensation, and talent risk; build concise insights, dashboards, and recommendations that help leaders make better decisions.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education – Graduating with Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Data Analytics or related field from an accredited degree program.
- Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.
- Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior related internship or co-op experience.
- Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.
- Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning & organizational skills
- Coursework, research, internship, or project experience in human resources, organizational development, manufacturing, workforce analytics, employee relations, change management, or a related area.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Power BI, HR information systems such as Workday, data visualization, and responsible use of AI tools to improve analysis, synthesis, communication, and process execution.

Expected Salary Range
$50,400.00 - $88,200.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
