Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst

The Data Governance & Data Quality Analyst supports the implementation and day-to-day operation of the SEU data governance and data quality framework.

The role works with business data owners, data stewards, Business Intelligence teams, Digital Strategy & Platforms, IS teams and other stakeholders to improve the ownership, definition, quality, transparency and reuse of data across the European organization.

You will

• Support implementation of the SEU data governance framework.
• Maintain governance assets, business glossary and metadata in Collibra.
• Coordinate data quality activities and issue management.
• Support definition of data owners, stewards and governance processes.
• Translate business requirements into data quality rules.
• Monitor data quality metrics and coordinate remediation.
• Support governance requirements for data products and BI solutions.
• Prepare governance documentation, training material and awareness sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance processes.

You will bring:

• 3–5 years in data governance, data quality, BI or analytics.
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of metadata, lineage, governance and data quality.
• Excellent organisational & time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise.
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and influentially both verbally & in writing.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Preferred further expertise in:
  • Collibra
  • Power BI
  • SQL
  • Databricks
  • Azure Data Lake
  • Experience in multinational organizations
