The Job:
As a Regional Market Manager, you’ll lead a Smart Storage Solutions Team within a larger regional structure responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales operations within a specific geographic region. This leadership position involves executing strategic sales plans, guiding Territory Sales Manager, and fostering relationships with key clients to maximize revenue and market share
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, and define the strategic vision for Territory Managers & locations in the region to deliver sustainable growth
- Responsible for the Region’s sales growth, profitability, listings, and market share acceleration in the region
- Establish relationships with top accounts and key personnel
- Maximize digital acceleration via Salesforce, Showpad, and Business Warehouse to drive efficiencies and transformation
- Work cross functionally within the Smart Storage Solutions team including but not limited to National Account & Strategic Teams, marketing, operations, and finance
- Drive sell-through across all Smart Storage Solutions brands and portfolios
- Pipeline Management:
- Track and Measure team on new opportunity targets to align to and achieve KPI metrics – Top Line Growth, New Product Induction, Vertical Market approach Focused on all Smart Storage Brands and portfolios
- Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing
- Effectively manage budgets (T&E, etc.) to drive profitability within Smart Storage Solutions
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or related fields, and Master’s Degree preferred. Relevant construction field experience could be a substitute for higher education
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies with a proven track record delivering results preferred; 3+ years of direct managerial experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to meld empathy with determination to achieve outstanding results
- Travel up to 50% within territory assignment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $86,500.00 - $139,265.00This is the lowest to highest total target cash compensation range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Total target cash compensation offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.
