About this opportunity
Manage, secure, and continuously improve enterprise endpoint protection using CrowdStrike Falcon, with focus on host management, prevention policies, sensor lifecycle, threat investigation, and endpoint security operations across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and manage CrowdStrike Falcon settings, host management, prevention policies, antivirus, antispyware, risk policies, server-client communication policies, and sensor lifecycle.
- Manage and troubleshoot ML, IOA, and sensor visibility exclusions while ensuring strong policy governance and security control effectiveness.
- Provide technical support for endpoint security issues across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
- Administer CrowdStrike Management Console, including policy precedence, users, roles, access rights, and device control policies.
- Support real-time response, network containment, detection and prevention policies, file hash analysis, and threat investigation activities.
- Install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain CrowdStrike sensors using manual, SCCM, Jamf, Puppet, and command-line deployment methods.
- Apply group tags to support operational tasks, segmentation, policy assignment, and remediation activities.
- Handle device blocking procedures for mass storage, mobile MTP/PTP, printers, and other controlled device types.
- Respond to virus outbreaks by implementing action plans, investigating malware infections, and providing preventive guidance.
- Troubleshoot CrowdStrike firewall, antivirus, antispyware, server-client communication, and sensor update policy issues.
The skills you bring
Must-have capabilities
- Hands-on CrowdStrike Falcon administration and policy management
- Endpoint security operations and incident response experience
- Threat investigation, malware analysis, detections, prevention policies, and containment
- Sensor deployment, upgrade, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting
- Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoint support knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, collaboration, and customer focus
Preferred or learnable capabilities
- Experience with SCCM, Jamf, Puppet, or command-line deployment methods
- Knowledge of device control, hash analysis, exclusions, and policy precedence
- Exposure to enterprise operational processes, automation, reporting, and security governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in endpoint security operations, CrowdStrike Falcon administration, and enterprise device security support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage incidents in a global enterprise environment.
