About the Role

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting YETI's International Sales organization across a network of sales agencies and distributors covering 19 countries. This role serves as the operational backbone of the team, helping drive consistency, visibility, and execution across international markets.

Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and external partners, the Sales Operations Coordinator will support key commercial processes, provide operational support to distributor partners, maintain reporting and data accuracy, and help ensure successful product launches across markets.

This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual looking to begin or build a career in sales operations, commercial operations, or international business.

What You'll Do

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and market information within CRM and internal systems.
• Consolidate sales, forecast, and market data from international partners.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates, trackers, and reports.
• Support reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with sales performance and business tracking activities.

Partner & Market Support

• Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative and operational inquiries from assigned distributors and smaller markets.
• Coordinate regular sales, product, and marketing communications with international partners.
• Collect and organize market feedback, sales updates, and competitive intelligence.
• Promote best-practice sharing across distributor and agency partners.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Organize monthly distributor and agency meetings, partnering with internal teams to gather updates and materials.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Finance teams regarding backorders, credit holds, and order-related inquiries.
• Partner with Brand and Account Marketing teams to manage seeding and sample requests and tracking.
• Support product launch readiness by ensuring partners receive timely information, tools, and updates.

What You Bring

• 4+ years of professional or relevant experience in sales support, customer service, operations, administration, retail, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and multiple systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable collaborating with different teams, cultures, and perspectives.
• Able to work in our Amsterdam office on a Hybrid schedule
• Must have the right to work in the Netherlands at the time of application.
