Comfort innovation is at the core of everything we do, driving the development of stylish, high-quality products at a great value. From our diverse footwear collections to our expanding range of apparel and accessories, Skechers is a complete lifestyle brand.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is your chance to sit at the controls of one of the most powerful engines behind Skechers' direct-to-consumer growth: our Consumer Data Platform. As Product Manager, CDP, you'll own the roadmap that turns raw customer data into smarter marketing, sharper personalization, and unforgettable digital experiences — powering everything from performance media and channel marketing to loyalty and business intelligence.
You'll be the connective tissue between bold business ambition and rock-solid platform execution — partnering with Business leaders, Solution Architecture, and Production Support to make sure the platform doesn't just run, it delivers. If you love building things that move fast, scale big, and make a real dent in how a global brand understands its customers, this is your seat at the table.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive the Platform Roadmap
- Own and champion the CDP roadmap — where business ambition, customer value, and technical reality meet
- Turn big-picture business needs into crisp user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria engineers love to build from
- Call the shots on prioritization — weighing business impact, customer value, and what's realistically achievable
- Run the show on product planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and releases
- Team up with engineering to build scalable frameworks for data models, Data Cloud segments, and audiences powering email, SMS, paid media, personalization, and automation
- Keep leadership and stakeholders in the loop with sharp, clear communication on roadmap, tradeoffs, and progress
- Keep platform capabilities locked in step with a fast-moving business
Lead Across Teams, Rally Everyone Around the Vision
- Be the go-to voice connecting CDP Platform Engineering with the business
- Break through roadblocks, align teams, and drive decisions forward
- Manage expectations and keep everyone excited and informed on what's coming next
- Partner across product teams to nail dependencies and deliver big initiatives together
- Work hand-in-hand with Solution Architecture to shape implementation approaches that just work
Own the Data Customer Experience
- Take the reins on audience management, segmentation, and unifying the customer profile end-to-end
- Lead activation of customer audiences across the CDP, teaming up with Marketing, Loyalty, Service Cloud, and outside platforms
- Dig into data quality issues alongside Data and Engineering teams and get them solved
- Translate business needs into rock-solid requirements for data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization
- Set the standard for governance around data usage, privacy, and compliance
Push Innovation Forward
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging platform capabilities, including AI-driven personalization
- Spot opportunities to level up automation, personalization, and data utilization
- Partner with CRM, Loyalty, and Paid Media teams to bring new capabilities to life for real marketing use cases
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of Product Management experience — you know how to ship
- A natural at stakeholder management across technical and business teams
- A proven ability to turn business needs into scalable, real-world solutions
- Fluent in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and juggling shifting priorities
- Sharp understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation
- Skilled at making complex technical ideas click for business audiences
- Hands-on CDP platform experience, with a strong grasp of data quality governance and consumer privacy is a plus
- Deep familiarity with identity resolution, segmentation architecture, and cross-system data movements a plus
- Comfort working across cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise data ecosystems is a plus
The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000/year USD.
