About Fitness & Lifestyle Group
Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) is Asia Pacific's largest group of corporately owned health and wellness clubs — 310+ locations, 600,000+ members, and five of the region's most recognised fitness brands: Fitness First Australia, Goodlife Health Clubs, Jetts Fitness, Zap Fitness and Barry's.
We're headquartered in Australia with regional offices across South East Asia, and we're on a mission to help our global community live stronger, happier lives.
The Opportunity
As the Content Producer at Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG), you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and producing engaging content across FLG's brands, including Fitness First, Goodlife, Barry’s Bootcamp, Zap, and Jetts (NZ). This is an exciting opportunity to manage various projects from start to finish, using your expertise in content creation and production to drive engaging, high-quality results.
We’re looking for a dynamic Content Producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing complex projects from concept to execution. As a key member of our in-house studio, you'll create high-quality video and photography content for campaigns, social channels and events. You will also run the day-to-day management of productions with external partners.
We prioritise work-life balance and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. You are a content champion, leading creative ideas that inspire, engage and continue to build a brand people love. A passion for fitness, lifestyle, sport, and culture will help you thrive here, as these elements are key to creating authentic and compelling creative for our brands.
This is a hybrid role, combining three office days with work from home, along with some national and Trans- Tasman (ANZ) travel for shoot productions
About You
You’re a creative content producer who loves bringing big ideas to life — from that first spark of an idea through to the final edit. You know your way around a shoot, can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat, and bring people together to make great work happen.
You’ll be just as comfortable shaping creative concepts as you are getting stuck into the detail of photography, video and post-production, from editing and colour grading to sound. You’re a natural problem solver, most importantly you care about making brilliant content. You know how to balance creative ambition with what the business needs, build smart production processes and keep the quality bar high from start to finish. You bring:
Shoot high-quality video and photography content across FLG's brands.
Post-Production: Edit photography and video, colour grade and mix sound to deliver polished, on-brand content, including basic motion graphics.
Shoot Production: Produce and run shoots end-to-end, from scoping, treatments and briefs through to final delivery including production contracts and trackers.
Ideation: Contribute creative ideas and content concepts for productions.
Resource / Supplier Management: Source, brief and manage external production partners and freelancers for shoots and campaigns.
Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor budgets and timelines for on-time, on-budget delivery.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with brand and marketing stakeholders to translate briefs into content.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in production or a related field
A few years’ experience creating content in-house, in an agency, or with a production company.
Strong shooting and editing skills across video and stills, including colour grading, basic sound mixing and motion graphics.
Confident using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (essential), with working knowledge of After Effects.
Knowledge of AI-powered production and editing tools to work efficiently and push creative quality.
Experience producing and managing creator shoots, including scoping, ideas, scheduling and delivery.
Experience sourcing, briefing and managing external production partners and freelancers, including contracts, budgets and timelines.
Strong understanding of social platforms, formats and content trends across Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
