We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Housekeeping Room Inspector to join our team at. In this role, you will ensure guest rooms meet brand standards for cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest readiness. You will play a key role in delivering an elevated guest experience by maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency. You must be available to work on Saturday & Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect cleaned guest rooms to ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards
- Confirm all amenities, linens, and supplies are properly stocked and presented
- Identify and report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
- Provide feedback and support to Room Attendants to improve performance and consistency
- Prioritize and inspect VIP arrivals, early check-ins, and special request rooms
- Update room status in the hotel’s property management system in real time
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness standards in public areas as needed
- Support housekeeping leadership with quality control initiatives and special projects
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior hotel housekeeping or supervisory experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
