Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following:
- Evaluating structural or architectural failures
- Assessing deterioration, code deficiencies, and safety concerns
- Designing structural and building enclosure repairs
- Preparing construction documents for restoration and renovation projects
You'll work on projects involving:
- Structural failure investigations
- Building enclosure evaluations
- Historic preservation
- Facade and roofing rehabilitation
- Restoration and renovation design
- Forensic engineering

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture (advanced degrees are valued but not required)
- Registered Architect or Licensed Engineer
- 3+ years of related experience
- The desire to engage in hands-on field investigations
- Willingness to perform field investigations and travel as project needs require
- Valid driver's license, driving history, and background verifications
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship
