Description
We are seeking a Customer Enablement Coordinator to support our Army Client. This is a hybrid position and the candidate will be required to work from the client location in Crystal City, Arlington VA at least 2 days a week.
- Develop strategy and related customer facing documentation to communicate developed data science capabilities and related benefits to the external customers.
- Work closely with project team leads to structure and generate the customer facing documentation.
- Update and maintain the external customer facing Wiki pages.
- Generate documentation for on-boarding new customers and organizations on to the platform.
- Support project leads in the implementation and tracking of project structure and technical documentation in Confluence.
- Generate slides and documents to support customer enablement and project management activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and users to implement documentation and tracking related tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of solid hands-on experience generating external customer facing data science / technical documentation
- Experience creating and updating Wiki pages in confluence.
- Experience working with technical development project teams to create customer facing documentation
- Ability to work cross-functionally, and participate in discussions
- Proven ability to work independently on assigned tasks without any supervision.
- Proven experience in knowledge sharing (i.e. solid documentation)
- Driven, self-directed personality
- Strong sense of mission and commitment to making a difference
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Current Active Secret Clearance or ability to get one.
