Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific needs. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project-related communications, coordinating efforts across various teams, and ensuring that application solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and delivering high-quality software products while fostering collaboration among stakeholders to achieve seamless integration and functionality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to custom software development.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
