What Our Agents Earn Average agents make: $70,000–$150,000/year  |  Top performers can make $200,000+/year Commission-only position. Uncapped earnings - splits increase with production. No desk, tech, training, or lead fees. Early Success Bonus for new agents: $2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle."
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Charlotte-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — you thrive in a high-accountability environment
