- Learn and train to generate and convert buyer and seller leads into real estate clients.
- Conduct showings, open houses, listing presentations, and research homes for sale.
- List and market residential properties utilizing MLS (Multiple Listing Service) applications.
- Negotiate contracts, write offers, and manage transactions through closing while communicating with all professionals, clients, and associates involved in a sale.
- Build and maintain real estate leads and a strong client pipeline.
- Establish a recognizable presence in your sales market under the HFM Realty brand.
- Deliver exceptional real estate service to clients.
- Uphold HFM Realty policies and procedures.
- Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required).
