Position Overview: The Previewer performs tasks that relate to job tracking, data entry, and administrative tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Creating a daily route for yourself to preview upcoming jobs.
- Visit all sites with status code 81-82 (field/paperwork issues) once per week.
- Visit all sites with status code 51/58 every 2 weeks.
- Track notes on all job sites and document pictures via Dropbox.
- Track issues and needed equipment for each job.
- Manage customer calls and emails daily.
- Update customers on the job status.
- Call in locates for all status 58 services.
- Update the BCA daily with changes.
- Submit the proper documentation when Main projects are ready to start.
- Update Customer Looker Application daily.
- Notate any communication between builders/developers/home owners.
Qualifications:
Educations: Required: High School Diploma
Experience: Preferred: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry
Possess strong written and oral communicative & problem-solving skills.

Skills
Required: Able to work and communicate effectively in written form, over the phone, or in person with all levels of the company and customer. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Possess moderate MS Excel and MS Word skills. Must be detailed orientated and be able to multi-task accurately as well as adept at meeting deadlines.
