We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to deliver responsive, knowledgeable support to ISC customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.
The Customer Support Representative is a primary point of contact for ISC customers across multiple product lines. This role responds to inquiries, investigates and resolves service issues, explains policies and processes, and follows customer concerns through to resolution. Reporting to the Operations Manager, Customer Support, key responsibilities include:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, mail, voicemail, fax, and through outbound calls; research issues, identify root causes, and provide clear, timely solutions.
Interpret and explain ISC policies, procedures, requirements, and online or manual submission processes to support successful customer transactions.
Provide guidance across ISC registry services, including Land Registry, Corporate Registry, Saskatchewan Personal Property Registry, and related searches, applications, copies, registrations, and document preparation.
Provide operational and basic technical support for internal and external clients using ISC systems, online tools, registry applications, customer management systems, and common office software.
Investigate processing errors, document findings in CRM, and coordinate or process corrections when required.
Assist customers at the counter and by phone with form completion, affidavits, certificates, and related service requirements.
Examine, research, approve, reject, register, or correct submissions in accordance with applicable authority, policies, and procedures.
Complete daily accounting and cash-handling duties in CAMS, including account transactions, deposits, balancing, adjustments, and weekly reporting to Finance.
Review and process name and address change requests and client number amalgamations, ensuring records are accurate and current.
What you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent, with experience and/or training in customer service and office administration; call centre experience will be considered an asset.
Strong customer service skills, including problem solving, conflict de-escalation, negotiation, interviewing, and root-cause identification.
Knowledge of ISC registry services, related legislation, policies, procedures
Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and explain complex policies and procedures to internal and external clients.
Clear written communication skills, including grammar and spelling, to provide accurate instructions and explanations to customers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe tools, CRM systems, registry applications,
Knowledge of basic office equipment and basic accounting principles to support account transactions, deposits, adjustments, transfers, and refunds.
