Job Responsibility 岗位职责:
- The Optical engineer will work with cross-functions in supporting NPD and sustaining projects, including new products development, existing products upgrade and design changes.光学工程师将跨团队工作支持全新项目及已有产品维护,包括新产品开发,现有产品的升级以及设计变更。
- Working with mechanical/ electronical/ system engineers, designing Optical-Mechanical-Electronics structure, and corresponding method of optical adjustment and assessment.与机械、电子及系统工程师合作,设计光/机/电结构,并制定相应的装调检验方案。
- Design the appropriate optical verification method, conduct the verification and validation of optical system.设计相应的验证方案,对所设计的光学系统进行设计验证和确认。
- Transfer the design to production and solve related technical issues.将设计转移到生产线,并解决过程中相关的技术问题。
- Ensure reliability, performance and delivery through relationships with both internal and external manufacturing and supplier base.通过与内部和外部生产以及供应商的紧密合作,确保产品的可靠性、性能以及按时交付。
- Designing documentation management, responsible for editing and reviewing technical documentation of the optical parts in various stages of the project preparation and review.对所设计的方案进行文档管理,负责项目各个阶段光学相关部份的技术文档的编制及审查。
- Responsible for the analysis of the causes of post-market product failure, writing design documentation and validation reports, and implementing design changes.负责后市场产品失效的原因分析,撰写设计文档以及验证报告,推进设计变更.

Functional Knowledge 职能知识:
- Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. 掌握学科中的概念和时间专业只是及学科基本知识
- Has a certain in-depth understanding of laser optics, imaging optics, and opto-electronic detection, has practical development experience.对激光光学、成像光学及光电检测有深入理解,并有实际开发经验。
- Has a certain understanding of optical design, familiar with optical adjustment and assessment, while has a strong capability to analysis and deal with optical problems.熟练掌握光学设计,熟悉光学调试及评价,并具备较强的光学问题分析处理能力。
- Familiar with the optical component processing and coating technique, and the corresponding assessment methods.熟悉光学元件的加工及镀膜工艺,并熟悉相应的检测方法。
- Familiar with optical signal detection, familiar with opto-electronic components features and selection (e.g. LD/ APD/ CMOS).熟悉光信号的检测,掌握典型光电元器件的特性和选型(如LD/ APD/ CMOS)。
- Know the operating method and test principle of optical test instrument (e.g. power meter, spectrometer, beam profile).了解光学检测设备的使用方法和测量原理(如功率计,光谱仪,光束质量分析仪)。
