Introduction

$11 trillion of money flows every year between companies in India. It typically takes avg. 70 days for a business to get paid, and it’s increasing 5% every year. Formal funding options are limited, and cover < 5% of the addressable market. 

We are building India’s largest B2B Payments Platform that transforms how businesses pay and get paid. The platform already processes INR 20,000+ Crores of invoices every month, across 300,000 MSMEs and 1200+ corporates; with 30+ lenders plugged in for credit. Globally, companies in this space, like Coupa, Bill.com, Melio, C2FO, Tipalti,  have witnessed tremendous success over the past decade doing $ Billion+ disbursements weekly and cumulatively valued over $50 Billion. 

You will join our core team that currently consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board. We are backed by Elevation Capital (one of the most successful VCs in India) and General Catalyst ($15 Billion+ global fund, and early investors in Stripe, Airbnb etc.). We share our lineage with HCS, a 25 year old investment bank and a registered NBFC. We are a team of passionate problem solvers and we’re building a technology company with a strong product innovation mindset.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to offer rollout, pre-joining follow-ups, and closure.

• Drive bulk hiring across different functions and levels by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms; proactively build and maintain relevant talent pipelines.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, understand candidates’ career aspirations, and effectively pitch CashFlo opportunities.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate profiles, coordinate interviews, ensure quick turnaround on feedback and offer decisions, and drive positions to closure.

• Manage candidate negotiations, offer discussions, and follow-ups through joining while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Support employee onboarding, including documentation, pre-joining formalities, background verification, employee document collection, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate candidate and employee data, recruitment trackers, HR documentation, and other people records.

• Track recruitment metrics including pipeline, source effectiveness, interview conversions, offers, and joining ratios; identify bottlenecks across hiring and people processes and suggest ways to improve speed, quality, and employee experience.

• Support employee engagement activities, HR policy communication, employer branding, and other HR initiatives, while contributing to scalable people processes and assisting with administrative HR activities as CashFlo grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, with prior experience handling bulk or high-volume hiring and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment platforms, with the ability to independently manage the recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate joining.

• Exposure to onboarding, employee documentation, HR coordination, or other people operations activities.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and take ownership of hiring mandates and related HR processes.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities; highly target-oriented, proactive, persistent, and result-driven.

• Strong candidate and employee management skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.

• Good understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to maintain hiring trackers and reports.
