We are looking for part time (28 hours per week) clerical support in our Kittanning and Leechburg locations. This is a Monday-Friday position which would include some evenings. Hourly Rate is $16 per hour before 5pm, $21 after 5pm. E.O.E.
Requirements:
Greet consumers; check in and schedule
Maintaining filing systems
Scan, faxing, and emailing documents
Answer and routing phone calls
Maintaining high level of confidentiality
Verify insurance and collect payments
Utilize and be proficient with electronic health records
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Be proficient with MS office suite
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
