- External: Strategic vendors, platform providers, system integrators
Position Overview:
The Cloud & Infra Department Head leads the modernization and optimization of CCBJI’s IT
infrastructure and cloud platforms, enabling scalable, secure, and sustainable digital
operations across manufacturing, logistics, commercial, and corporate functions.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership
• Lead the overall Cloud & Infrastructure department, which is made up for the
following sections: End User Computing, Service Desk, Network, MultiCloud SRE,
Cyber Security, Infra Architecture.
• Define and execute a roadmap for the evolution of infrastructure footprint in
alignment with business goals.
2. Operational Excellence
• Ensure high availability, performance, security, and resilience of infrastructure and
cloud services.
• Oversee data center operations, network architecture, enterprise storage, and
platform operations (internal teams and/or partners).
• Lead incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Monitor KPIs for service quality, operational stability, cost awareness, and vendor
performance.
3. People & Organization Management
• Lead and develop a team of highly capable technical experts.
• Build organizational capability through coaching, role clarity, and selective skill
development rather than individual dependency.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Manage strategic vendors and system integrators; define and govern SLAs and
service performance.
5. Governance, Security & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with security and risk teams to maintain a strong control environment.
• Align infrastructure operations with company-wide sustainability and Green IT
initiatives where applicable.
6. Continuous Improvement & Modernization
• Promote automation, standardized operations, and modern delivery practices where
appropriate.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for practical business value.
• Drive continuous modernization.
Mandatory Requirements:
Education:
✓ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience/Skill:
✓ 10+ years of hands-on experience in either Cloud, Infrastructure, or Network. (Not
All required)
✓ 3 years of leadership role within a large enterprise environment.
✓ Proven people management experience, including managing managers or teams of 8+
members.
✓ Strong experience operating and stabilizing mission-critical IT platforms.
✓ Understanding of IT governance, security, and regulatory compliance.
✓ Relevant certifications (cloud platforms, ITIL, security) are a plus.
