What You'll Be Doing

- Use HubSpot to manage prospect activity, maintain accurate records, and keep the Enterprise pipeline organized.
- Create and manage targeted drip campaigns to nurture prospects over time.
- Engage prospects in relevant, thoughtful conversations rather than relying on generic messaging.
- Ask questions, identify business needs, and determine whether Creative Force may be a strong fit.
- Qualify leads and convert suitable prospects into sales opportunities.
- Set up meetings and calls between prospective customers and Enterprise Account Executives.
- Provide Enterprise Account Executives with useful context before each handoff.
- Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects who are not yet ready to engage.
- Work closely with Marketing and Enterprise Account Executives to improve messaging and conversion.
- Identify patterns, share learnings, and help refine Creative Force's lead-generation playbook.
SDR Self-Assessment
You have a track record of generating new opportunities
You have previous experience as an SDR, BDR, sales representative, or in a similar business development role, with proven experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts. You understand how to create opportunities within complex organizations, engage multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers, and navigate longer, more considered sales cycles.
You're curious about how businesses work
You enjoy learning how Enterprise organizations operate, where creative and operational workflows become inefficient, and what prevents teams from achieving their goals.
You create conversations, not just activity
You understand that effective prospecting is not about sending the highest number of emails or making calls for the sake of it. You research target accounts, identify relevant stakeholders, and tailor your outreach to the prospect's business context.
You're persistent and resilient
Prospecting requires consistency, patience, and resilience. You won't take every unanswered email, declined call, or delayed decision personally.
You communicate and collaborate well
You are confident speaking with new people by phone and writing clear, thoughtful emails. You can explain Creative Force's value proposition in a simple and compelling way, adapt your communication style to different stakeholders, and build credibility with both day-to-day contacts and senior decision-makers.
You are socially comfortable and enjoy building relationships face to face, not just over email or video calls. Although this is a remote role, you should be comfortable traveling for customer meetings, summits, team events, or other business activities.
You take ownership of your pipeline
You keep your activity organized, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, and follow up when you say you will. You take responsibility for the quality of your pipeline, not just the volume of activity within it.
