Work Location: Open to major office locations in South Dakota & Nebraska
Starting Pay Range: $57,200 to $83,300 per year
Employment Status: Regular Full-time

About this position:
The Customer Associate Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring of Customer Associates.

About this job:
- Build and maintain strong working intra-departmental relationships to include external entities, regulatory bodies etc.
- Supervise direct reports to facilitate the customer experience within in all channels
- Oversee and address performance and service quality related to customer service, construction and central processing functions
- Monitor customer interactions through a variety of channels
- Communicate with various levels of management and departments across company to ensure the administrative needs of the divisions are being met
- Conduct salary administration
- Monitor and approve procurement card expenditures for accuracy and completeness
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring to direct reports
- Maintain and deliver performance results to direct reports
- Ability to conduct training through a variety of applications and present in front of groups
- Ability to develop, document, and train new and existing processes related to the Customer Associate position
- Monitor and approve time tickets for accuracy
- Participate in talent selection and hiring processes
- Participate on department/company committees and events
- Facilitate Change Management
- Act as an escalation point to resolve issues
- Explain rate changes, adjustments, and bill calculations to customers in a manner that ensures understanding

- Must have a valid driver's license
- Travel up to 20% of time
- Ability to work with limited supervision and display initiative
- Expectation of extended hours as necessary
- Travel will be required throughout Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska as necessary
