Description

- preparing and editing correspondence, will be a purchase card holder and will manage statements and invoices for signature as well as compiling monthly reports, and arranging meetings and events;
- handling all forms of sensitive information, including confidential documents, communications, and meeting discussions requiring the utmost discretion, following secure management practices to safeguard privacy and integrity;
- inventorying and ordering office supplies, maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, organized, and peaceful office environment;
- greeting the public, directing clients and visitors, and scheduling appointments;
- managing incoming calls and messages, directing inquiries as appropriate;
- managing the receipt and distribution of correspondence, mail, and parcels;
- coordinates the use of the division's purchase card requiring tracking expenditures and ensuring compliance; and
- support additional office functions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience Only: One (1) year of relevant experience performing clerical and/or administrative duties.
Or
Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to one (1) year
