Description
We are looking for a motivated Service Parts & Material Coordinator for our location in Subotica!
Job responsibilities:
- Create and maintain service and repair production orders in the ERP system, ensuring accurate technical data, material information, quantities, priorities, and required completion dates.
- Plan and control material requirements for service, repair, and production-related activities within the manufacturing site, ensuring availability of required components for execution.
- Monitor material availability, open requirements, and order progress across the operational process, identifying shortages and potential impacts on workshop activities.
- Ensure data integrity in the system (materials, EP numbers, quantities, deadlines) by regularly reviewing and correcting inconsistencies.
- Track order status throughout the end-to-end process, including material availability, and maintain regular communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Actively follow up on missing, delayed, or critical parts with Procurement, Warehouse, Suppliers, and internal material supply functions to secure on time availability.
- Coordinate and control the flow of spare parts, repair components, and production materials required for service execution and workshop operations.
- Review material shortages and supply risks, define priorities, and initiate corrective actions together with responsible operational departments.
- Align planned execution dates with actual material availability, production capacity, repair workload, and operational constraints.
- Support production and repair teams by ensuring that required parts, documentation, and order information are available at the right time and place.
Job Requirements:
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, with strong practical knowledge of SAP.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- University degree.
- Proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
- High level of reliability and accuracy in handling orders, data, and deadlines.
