Description
Position Overview Provides operational and back-office analytics support for Supply Management Americas. Executes structured, recurring data tasks and maintains operational continuity through standardized process execution. Core business decisions, prioritization, and direct stakeholder communications remain with the regional Supply Management team in Fort Mill.
Key Responsibilities
Dashboards & Business Intelligence

Update and maintain business intelligence and reporting dashboards.

Troubleshoot system and data pipeline errors affecting dashboard refreshes.

Implement minor enhancements and bug fixes on existing reports.
Master Data Governance
-
Maintain core systems and planning parameters following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform routine data quality audits against defined compliance criteria.

Identify and escalate parameter anomalies to senior stakeholders for resolution.
Recurring Analytics & Reporting

Generate and distribute the regional Supply Management scorecard and daily backorder tracking reports.

Run unconfirmed order checklists and escalate discrepancies.

Deliver standard supply chain reports according to scheduled operational timelines.
Service Delivery & Process Standardisation

Execute daily recurring task checklists within established service level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor task execution schedules to guarantee timely output.

Document work instructions and standard operating procedures to build an internal service catalog.

Identify manual processes suitable for standardization, cleanup, and automation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Technical & Analytics Skills: Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and handling large data sets.

Professional Experience:

Proven experience in routine analytical workflows, transactional operations, or shared service delivery.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured governance frameworks.

Experience with supply chain reporting and dashboard administration preferred.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for working with cross-cultural, global teams across different time zones.
