Job Description Summary
The Lead Supply Chain Data Management Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital solutions that enable Supply Chain teams to manage performance through reliable data, meaningful KPIs, and streamlined processes. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency by delivering tools such as dashboards, workflows, reporting solutions, and other digital enablers that increase visibility of critical business information and reduce execution time.Acting in a global capacity, this professional works closely with regional teams and business stakeholders to understand operational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions. The role also ensures successful implementation, user adoption, process stability, and ongoing support through training, procedure creation, and continuous improvement activities.
The specialist is expected to collaborate closely with the Business IT team, which supports the review, governance and monitoring of the developed tools and solutions.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities (What you will do):
Deployment Planning & Execution
Partner with regional Supply Chain teams and business stakeholders to collect requirements and understand operational pain points.
Translating business needs into digital solutions that support KPI management, process visibility, and execution efficiency.
Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment activities for dashboards, workflows, reports, and other digital tools.
Ensure deployment plans are aligned across functions, regions, and IT stakeholders.
Support solution testing, issue resolution, and readiness activities before go-live.
Work closely with Business IT to ensure tools comply with technical standards, governance, and validation requirements.
Functional Readiness & Standards
Define and maintain functional requirements, standard processes, and usage guidelines for developed solutions.
Ensure dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools are built according to business standards and data governance principles.
Promote standardization across regions while allowing flexibility for specific business needs where required.
Develop training materials, user guides, and support documentation to ensure readiness of end users.
Monitor process adherence and ensure solutions remain stable, relevant, and aligned with Supply Chain objectives.
Cutover, Stabilization & Adoption
Support cutover planning and go-live execution for new tools and process improvements.
Monitor post-deployment performance to ensure smooth stabilization and issue resolution.
Provide training and ongoing support to end users to drive adoption and effective utilization of solutions.
Track usage, collect feedback, and identify enhancement opportunities to improve user experience and business value.
Act as a key contact point for troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and change support during stabilization phases.
Ensure long-term sustainability of deployed tools and processes through governance and follow-up routines.
Required Qualifications (What you will bring):
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Relevant experience in Supply Chain, data management, digital transformation, business analytics, or process improvement.
Strong knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
Experience working with ERP systems and business process data.
Familiarity with workflow tools, automation solutions, and digital process improvement methodologies.
Understanding of AI and digital technologies applicable to business process optimization.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
Ability to work in a global and cross-functional environment, interacting with multiple regions and stakeholders.
Strong project coordination, implementation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills, including the ability to train users and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Professional proficiency in English.
