Responsibilities
- Partner directly with pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to understand business objectives, program performance, key questions, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to identify trends, performance drivers, operational challenges, and opportunities to improve patient and client outcomes.
- Conduct recurring and ad hoc analyses focused on patient access, program performance, operational effectiveness, and other business priorities.
- Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, concise insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop compelling data stories that explain performance, identify underlying drivers, and help stakeholders determine appropriate actions.
- Proactively identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within client programs beyond predefined reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 4-8 years of experience, preferred
- Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with clients, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to investigate beyond the initial question to understand underlying business drivers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Strong SQL skills with demonstrated experience analyzing complex datasets.
- Experience with Tableau or a comparable business intelligence and visualization platform.

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES: Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week). Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 7:00am- 7:00pm CST.
REMOTE DETAILS: You will work remotely, full-time. It will require a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet.
