- Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Complete timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with care coordination and clinical teams.
- Participate in case consultation and team communication.
- Support continuity of care across settings.
- Active Oregon licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Associate-Level Therapists:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Oregon associate registration (e.g., CSWA, LPC-A, LMFTA, or equivalent).
- Working toward independent licensure under supervision.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or neurodivergent populations preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based care model.
- Conducting biopsychosocial and DSM-5-TR diagnostic assessments, including differential diagnosis.
- Working with children, adolescents, neurodivergent clients, and their parents or caregivers.
- Developing strengths-based individual and family treatment plans with SMART goals and measurable outcomes.
- Writing timely progress notes that connect the assessment, diagnosis, treatment goals, interventions, client response, and ongoing medical necessity through the Golden Thread.
- Providing and documenting case management and interdisciplinary care coordination.
- Completing discharge or termination summaries with a clear clinical rationale and recommendations for continued care.
