Inside Sales Intern – Sorocaba/SP

We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to join our team. Based in Sorocaba, São Paulo, you will be responsible for the following activities:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform customer registration activities and support the technical and commercial analysis of sales proposals. Provide assistance in identifying and offering the most suitable products according to customer needs and applications, contributing to sales support activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Register and update customer information in internal systems, ensuring that all data is complete, organized, and aligned with the company's commercial policies.
• Support the preparation of quotations and commercial proposals by gathering required information, updating technical data, and assisting in defining lead times and commercial conditions.
• Monitor the progress of quotations, tracking stages, feedback, and pending actions, while conducting proactive follow-ups with customers and internal teams to ensure process efficiency.
• Organize commercial documents, spreadsheets, and records, maintaining a structured flow of information and ensuring data traceability and availability.
• Support the department's administrative and operational routines, assisting with internal controls, system updates, demand organization, and team requests.
• Assist in analyzing market opportunities and trends by collecting data, benchmarking competitors, and providing insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Engineering, Logistics, and Supply Chain, facilitating the exchange of essential information required for proposal preparation and customer support.
• Maintain institutional documentation and customer qualification records up to date, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and financial requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of commercial reports, providing information that supports performance analysis, decision-making, and sales planning activities.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and motivations:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Commitment and responsibility.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Spanish and/or English language skills are desirable.
• Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
