Position Description
This position will provide full support on originating, structuring and executing all transactions for the relevant products in DCM.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Prepare all internal and external documents e.g. sales memos, agreements, syndicate briefing docs, roadshow materials, power point presentations, internal proposals etc.
- Assist in the execution of DCM transactions and other fundraising exercises.
- Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, which include origination, IPO, M&A, issuing and underwriting equity securities and other varies types of transactions.
- Conduct due diligence work on the listing applicants.
- Coordinate with professional parties, including clients, legal advisers, auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process.
- Provide support on research, financial analyses, modeling and evaluation activities relating to completion and execution of corporate finance transactions.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and business proposals for clients and prospective mandates.
- Monitor market developments, regulatory updates, and industry news, and provide timely insights to support business activities and client recommendations.
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, financial modeling, and evaluation to support transaction execution and decision-making.
- Provide support in transaction origination and advisory work by conducting research, market analysis, and industry benchmarking.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Finance or related discipline(s).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment banking and financial industry.
- Working experience in Rating Agencies (S&P, Moody's and Fitch would be a must.
- Attained all necessary regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities.
- Have an in-depth knowledge in PRC market and culture.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
