As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Working within an agile environment, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet evolving business requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system stability.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for enterprise applications.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Configurable Network Computing (CNC).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
