Join our team as a Technical Product Manager!
This is a fixed hybrid role (M/F remote; Tues-Thurs onsite) at HQ in Maple Plain, MN.
The Technical Product Manager will support the ownership of a key operational domain within the Proto Labs Network, contributing to the evolution of our software development that supports our finance and procurement capabilities.
This role will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to execute against the product strategy and roadmap for your domain. Success depends on the ability to shape the problem, own the outcome, pressure test requests before they land, report on outcomes (solutions must move the needle), have enough technical depth to challenge solutions, and sets direction withing their mandate. This role will assist in managing order allocation workflows, maintaining visibility into partner capabilities and performance, and improving the experience for both manufacturing partners and internal users.
We maintain a high-ownership, outcome-oriented product culture. Teams are empowered to understand problems deeply, make informed trade-offs, and ship iteratively. In this role, you will grow your product skills through hands-on experience, mentorship, and direct impact on how physical products are made globally.
