The Opportunity:

Support the client by coordinating a wide range of facilities-related projects and services, including parking, special events, travel arrangements, security monitor scheduling, custodial services, and other operational initiatives.

Deliver responsive customer service by addressing and troubleshooting facilities-related inquiries and issues. Arrange and schedule deliveries of specialized equipment, coordinate special cleanings, and ensure security monitors are in place as needed.

Provide project management assistance for various special projects, such as large-scale events, external facility needs, and additional service-focused initiatives. Support logistics operations by receiving, validating, and maintaining documentation for invoices and related project records.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience with managing services and support
• Experience with monitoring the quality of services provided by other contracts and providing feedback to the client
• Ability to work in a dynamic office environment and collaborate within a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in providing project scheduling and calendar management support for ongoing initiatives
• Ability to support parking administration by coordinating with the client and partner teams on towing, painting, snow removal, and other program requirements
• Ability to verify clearances, accesses, and certifications, schedule necessary appointments, briefings, and training, and track ongoing compliance
• Ability to display a versatile, “utility‑player” mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with support services on urgent or high‑priority needs

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
