Senior Product Manager - Customer (Loyalty & Beauty Loop)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager – Customer to join us for a 12-month maternity leave cover, taking a leading role in shaping and evolving our customer loyalty experience, including Beauty Loop.

The Role You Could Play

Sitting at the intersection of customer, retail and product strategy, you’ll help shape the future of Beauty Loop as a core growth engine for MECCA.

You’ll combine a deep understanding of customer behaviour and retail dynamics with strong product management discipline to create experiences that are personalised, always-on and embedded across the end-to-end MECCA journey.

This is an opportunity to influence one of MECCA’s most important customer propositions — balancing what creates genuine value for our customers with what drives sustainable commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Shape the future of Beauty Loop, helping evolve its proposition across tiers, rewards, recognition, access and customer experience.
• Turn customer behaviour, retail insight and data into a differentiated loyalty experience that enhances how customers shop, discover and engage with MECCA.
• Identify the customer behaviours and opportunities that can drive retention, frequency, engagement and lifetime value.
• Connect customer and loyalty initiatives to measurable commercial outcomes, including sales, margin and customer value growth.
• Partner closely with Data, CRM, Technology, eCommerce, Marketing and Retail teams to create more personalised and connected customer experiences.
• Champion a customer-first, test-and-learn mindset, designing experiments with clear measures of success and using insights to inform what we scale.
• Consider the economics behind the customer proposition, balancing customer value with cost to serve, margin impact and commercial sustainability.
• Own and evolve the loyalty product roadmap, aligning experiences across channels including app, eCommerce, CRM and in-store.
• Bring cross-functional teams together around a clear vision, creating momentum and ensuring initiatives are delivered with pace and quality.

What You Will Bring:

You’re an experienced Product Manager who is equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Strong experience in digital or omnichannel retail, with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and commercial drivers.
• Demonstrated success improving customer outcomes such as engagement, conversion, frequency or basket size.
• Strong product management capability across discovery, prioritisation, roadmapping and continuous improvement.
• Experience turning strategy into a clear, outcome-led product roadmap.
• Confidence using customer data, segmentation and behavioural insights to inform decisions and personalisation.
• Experience with experimentation and test-and-learn approaches.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking, with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business performance.
• The ability to influence and align stakeholders across technical, creative and commercial teams.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, shaping direction and bringing others on the journey.
• At least three years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, including experience partnering with technology teams and delivering digital product initiatives.
