Job Description:

Within the framework of Group SOP and China regulation, develop strong medical strategy and design solid and/or innovative medical activities to align with brand strategy, meet China unmet medical practice need, and well manage the product life cycle.

Main responsibilities / job expectations:

• Develop medical strategy and activities by close collaboration with BU, HQ and VA
• For clinical trial project, guarantee the scientific, ethic, quality could meet the highest requirements of Group and NMPA
• For non-clinical trial project, guarantee the progress and quality in relevant therapeutic area can meet the requirements of BU, compliance with TA practice and trend
• To collect and analyze the medical information, ensure professional & accurate evaluation of the local medical practice, the treatment guidelines, published literature and develop the scientific link to ensure the early integration into the projects in China
• Promotion material reviewing and approving, non-promotional material developing and reviewing
• Support MR training, including training material development, special training activities conduction
• Ensure professional organization of advocacy support according to local regulations on all levels such as Thought Leader interaction, Advisory Board set-up
