Job Description & Summary

At PwC Canada, we’re more than a professional services firm—we’re a community of solvers tackling the world’s most important problems. As a Co-op in our market leading Deals practice, you’ll be part of a diverse, inclusive team that values your perspective and empowers you to make a real impact. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real client work, explore how businesses operate, and learn how trust is built through compliance and strategic planning —all while working toward your CPA designation.

Throughout your co-op term, you’ll be supported by experienced professionals and exposed to our innovative AI and digital tools. You’ll dive into real client work, learning how businesses operate and how trust is built through deals services. Whether you're working from a PwC office, a client site, or remotely, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment that encourages curiosity and continuous learning. Grow here, go further.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve:

A career in our Forensic Consulting Generalist practice, within Fraud, Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement (FIRE) services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients respond to and remediate a wide range of significant business threats, risks and complex issues.

Our forensic specialists provide solutions and support for clients dealing with litigation, regulatory and other crisis situations. As part of the team, you’ll help to develop and provide expert advice and opinions in legal or regulatory proceedings as well as support to our clients who wish to investigate potential financial crime in their organization.

To really stand out and make us fit for the future in a constantly changing world, each and every one of us at PwC needs to be a purpose-led and values-driven leader at every level.

As a Co-op, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly

  • Share and collaborate effectively with others.

  • Identify and make suggestions for useful analysis and project improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

  • Share and collaborate effectively with others.

  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

  • Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials I produce.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

What you’ll bring to this role:

  • Preference will be given to students entering their second, third, or fourth year of study
Enrolled in or completed post-secondary education and pursuing the Canadian CPA designation

  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organisational and analytical skills; an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex or new ideas

  • Ability to easily adapt and prioritise, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract

  • We'd love it even more if you’re bilingual in English and French, however this isn't a requirement

Please note:

  • Apply before our applications close on Friday, September 18th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. To learn about our application process, visit our Applying to PwC page on our campus recruitment website.

  • The salary range for this position is $59,000 - $69,000. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.

Why you’ll love PwC:

We’re committed to providing accommodation throughout the application, interview, and employment process. If you require accommodation to be at your best, please let us know during the application process.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in recruiting is just getting started, so we know you have questions about how and why we use it. At certain points during our recruiting process, we rely on AI to improve your experience. This could be during resume review or curating personalized job recommendations, asking you clarifying questions via a chatbot or during our interview scheduling to improve your experience. Our use of AI helps ensure we combat bias by evaluating candidates equally and fairly, without seeing identity information, such as your name, or gender for example). AI also helps us better predict successful hires by reviewing all applicants for a role and the relationship between your skills, experience and likely success at PwC Canada. While AI supports parts of our recruitment process, final hiring decisions always involve human review. For more information about our use and protection of your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://www.pwc.com/ca/en/privacy-policy.html).
