Description
Project Quantity Surveyor – Civil (6–10 Years) | Bangalore
- 6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in Civil projects.
- Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management.
- Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders.
- Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports.
- Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
- Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters.
- Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices.
- Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and quantity surveying documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying.
