Purchasing AnalystJob Summary
Revisión en sistema ERP de solicitudes de compra (SC)
Solicitud de cotizaciones a proveedores según las necesidades de cada jefe de área
Generación de las órdenes de compra (OC) según la sc aprobadas diariamente
Evaluar las cotizaciones de proveedores y entregar su propuesta precio/calidad y eficiencia de entrega para generar la OC más apropiada.
Seguimiento obligatorio de las OC verificando si el insumo fue entregado o el servicio fue realizado. realizar reporte semanal a las áreas involucrada
Seguimiento de las OC pendientes y gestionar el cumplimiento del compromiso del proveedor. realizar reporte semanal a las áreas involucradas
Búsqueda de nuevas opciones de proveedores
Emisión de informes de ingreso y ppm a gerencia
Emisión de informes de compras para provisión
Evaluación de proveedores según la normativa de Imerys.
Colaborar muy activamente con la gestión anticipada sobre insumos y servicios críticos de planta
Participa en reunión diaria con todas las areas para coordinar de forma óptima sus procesos
Reglas de ORO: conocer y hacer cumplir.
Conocimiento e Implementación de Programas: Take 5, Serious 7 y Proactivo.
Identificar los peligros de su puesto de trabajo
Identificar aspectos ambientales
Prepararse y responder ante situaciones de emergencia potenciales de acuerdo a su rol
