Arbor Homes is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to join our team located in Cincinnati/Dayton. This position will assist the procurement initiatives of our Purchasing and Production Teams. We are seeking collaborative & analytical professionals who thrive on opportunities to assist and facilitate business solutions and metrics.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Trade Partner contract management (vendor setup package compliance)
- Maintain vendor pricing records and facilitate approved modifications
- Contractual compliance and continuance (scope of work, insurance, training)
- Support daily division operations and category management (request for information and change management)
- Assist in quantity takeoff validation and consolidated summary documents
- Review production release data for inconsistencies or anomalies
- Cross train with other Nationalized Asset Teams to backfill workflow needs
What Will You Bring?
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Excellent process management and organization skills
- Open communication and collaboration skills
- BS/BA in Construction, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred
- Experience in Residential Construction preferred
- Experience with Sapphire, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Smartsheet, Teams) and other related applications preferred
