Our Summer Internship Program gives college students the opportunity to gain meaningful professional experience while learning how different areas of a growing technical organization work together.
Internship Opportunities
ECI is seeking motivated college students from a variety of academic backgrounds for summer internship opportunities. Depending on a student's interests, academic background, and current business needs, internship assignments may be available in areas including:
Marketing
- Assist with marketing campaigns, communications, social media, and events
- Support development of digital and print content
- Help promote company programs, products, events, and community initiatives
- Assist with market research and special projects
Sales & Business Development
- Gain exposure to technical and industrial sales
- Assist sales teams with customer research, prospecting, and account support
- Participate in meetings and learn the customer relationship process
- Support business development and market research projects
Finance & Business Operations
- Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and business processes
- Support accounting and administrative projects
- Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making
- Participate in process-improvement projects
Human Resources & Workforce Development
- Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives
- Assist with internship, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs
- Participate in college, school, and community outreach
- Support special projects related to employee development and organizational culture
Additional opportunities may be available in other business or technical areas based on student interests and ECI's summer needs.
