Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

Work/responsibilities regularly span multiple job families within this job group. Applies research and principles of engineering to the planning, design, development, documentation, and testing/debugging of a variety of instruments, equipment, systems and/or software. This job family is intended to accommodate 1) jobs whose accountabilities span two or more job families within the job group; 2) jobs that are not covered by a defined job family within the job group; 3) managerial roles spanning more than one family that are not broad enough in scope and impact to be assigned to the Business Unit/General Management job family within the Management job group.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electronics, communication, electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or instrumentation, fluent in English.
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance of assembly line equipment in large manufacturing enterprises, with strong experience and ability of troubleshooting equipment, able to independently carry out maintenance and troubleshooting of non-standard equipment; Experience in medical industry is preferred.
• Familiar with automation components, such as motor, reducer, lead screw, cylinder, guide rail and other common faults, have the ability to deal with equipment failure independently.  
• Understand the principle and programming of AB, HuiChuan and Siemens PLC. Able to quickly identify root causes according to electrical schematic diagram.  
• Familiar with the installation verification and release process of new equipment, possess a solid knowledge framework, with relevant knowledge of project construction, equipment maintenance.
• Be familiar with FMEA and have practical operation experience.
• Familiar with TPM management and spare parts management.
• Teamwork spirit, strong communication and coordination skills
• Strong learning ability, strong interest in equipment maintenance, strong sense of responsibility, correct working attitude, cost consciousness.
