Description
What You Can Expect:
- Manage Ocean Freight shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth and timely execution from booking to final delivery
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, transport providers and internal teams throughout the shipment process
- Prepare and manage transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Provide proactive customer updates and ensure a high level of customer service
- Monitor shipment milestones and quickly resolve delays, operational issues and exceptions
- Support claim handling and issue resolution when required
- Ensure accurate shipment and file information in our systems and support the invoicing and file-closing process
- Collaborate with Pricing, Booking and Sales teams to ensure efficient workflows and a positive customer experience
What You Bring:
- Experience in ocean freight forwarding operations, preferably within FCL and/or LCL handling.
- Strong understanding of operational freight forwarding processes and shipment coordination.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficiency in Croatian, English and another language
