Job Description
Job Summary:**
Handling daily branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service delivery and adherence to banking policies and procedures. Drives sales performance and operational efficiency within the branch.
Plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily banking operations. This position involves processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to strict compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Process various banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
* Verify and reconcile transaction data, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction logs.
* Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC).
* Assist in the preparation of operational reports and documentation.
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to operational processes in a professional and timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
* Participate in testing and implementation of new systems or operational procedures.
* Support audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
* works with a team of customer service officers and tellers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.
* Ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and achieve branch sales targets for various banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and wealth management solutions.
* Resolve complex customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular branch audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying trends and recommending strategies for growth.
* Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external stakeholders regarding branch operations.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant banking software.
