As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you'll design and develop hardware components for our products. You'll provide technical leadership on critical projects. You'll ensure hardware meets required specifications, as well as reliability and industry standards. You'll collaborate with teams to resolve issues, define system needs, and specify hardware/product requirements. Designing and developing hardware systems, and evaluating and recommending emerging technologies.
Synthesizing multiple inputs and leveraging in-depth knowledge and creativity to solve complex organizational and operational problems.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery.
Creating and maintaining necessary documentation and driving best practices.
Acting as a subject matter expert and advisor. Teaching less experienced personnel design, development and problem solving best practices. Engineering on-time delivery
New product design targets Education - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical field with significant engineering experience.
Skill - Able to complete large engineering projects with independence and expertise.
Skill -
Proficient in reading and understanding circuit schematics (digital, analog, micro-controllers), component specifications, and assembly drawings.
Skill - Excellent communication skills with ability to guide and mentor others.
