Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships EnablementThe Senior Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement is responsible for executing and scaling Mastercard's channel sales and partnerships operating model through process optimization, system enhancements, operational governance, enablement, and partner program management.The role works across multiple functions, including Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations, to coordinate initiatives, drive improvements, and ensure effective execution of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will identify business needs, gather stakeholder requirements, develop business cases, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes, systems, tools, and partner programs that support channel growth and operational excellence. The role also supports partnership sales activities by enabling effective partner engagement, operational execution, and scalable go-to-market processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver business priorities, operational improvements, and scalable partnership solutions
• Drive process optimization and system enhancements across key platforms, including Salesforce, Ironclad, and Impartner, from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption
• Support partnership sales and partner lifecycle activities by enabling efficient operational execution, governance, onboarding, and ongoing program management
• Manage operational and partner program activities, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, policies, controls, service standards, and program requirements
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and enablement resources while driving continuous improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, standardization, and operational effectiveness

Experience & Skills Needed
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in business operations, sales operations, partnerships, sales enablement, program management, or related functions
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement, systems implementation, operational transformation, or business scalability initiatives
• Experience gathering business requirements, developing business cases, and translating business needs into actionable solutions
• Knowledge of Salesforce, contract management, partner management, or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience developing and delivering training programs, communications, and enablement activities to support adoption of processes and systems
• Understanding of governance frameworks, operational controls, partner programs, and structured business processes is advantageous
